Each one-on-one session with Dr. Emily Thoes, PT, DPT is designed around you. Through detailed movement analysis and progressive strength training, she helps you uncover the root cause of your pain, rebuild your strength, and move with confidence, both in daily life and in the sports or activities that matter most to you.

Your sessions will take place inside Diesel Fitness in Uptown Dallas, giving Dr. Emily access to full gym equipment to safely load and progress your exercises, ensuring your rehab translates directly to real-world performance.
