about me
Dr. Emily Thoes, PT, DPT, CSCS
physical therapist & owner
You deserve care that meets you where you are and gets you where you want to go. Whether you're managing an injury, pelvic symptoms, or trying to get back to the workouts you love, my goal is to help you move with confidence, strength, and ease again.
At Training Health Physical Therapy, I take a performance-based approach to rehab because your treatment shouldn’t stop once you’re pain-free. I focus on helping you rebuild strength, improve movement, and return to training without fear or limitation.
If you’ve ever felt like traditional PT didn’t fully prepare you to get back in the gym or left you unsure of what’s next, you’re in the right place. My background in orthopedics, sports performance, and pelvic health allows me to connect the dots between pain, movement, and performance so you can feel strong, capable, and informed every step of the way.
I’m here to help you train your health with purpose and confidence.
